Thank you for choosing WYBOT. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality pool cleaning products and excellent customer support. The following policy explains your warranty coverage, our return/refund process, and how to obtain service.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns & Refunds)

WYBOT offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from WYBOT or an authorized WYBOT reseller.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

· The return must be initiated within 30 days

· The product must be undamaged

· All original accessories must be included

· The product must be returned in its original packaging

· The return must follow WYBOT’s provided RMA instructions

Return Shipping

· The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product arrives at our facility and passes inspection, WYBOT will issue the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. WYBOT Limited Warranty

WYBOT products are backed by a Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

This limited warranty in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

3. What the Warranty Covers

WYBOT will repair or replace a product or component that experiences a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Covered defects include:

· Motor or pump failure due to manufacturing defect

· Internal electronics or PCB failure not caused by water ingress

· Charging system defects

· Battery defects (within battery warranty period)

WYBOT may use new, refurbished, or service-equivalent parts or replacement units when fulfilling warranty service.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by:

Improper Use

· Operating the robot outside recommended conditions

· Running the robot outside of water

· Failure to follow user manual instructions

Water Damage

· Opening the robot or exposing internal components

· Failing to seal covers, caps, or charging ports

· Using the robot after visible case cracks or damage

Normal Wear and Tear

· Brushes, wheels, filters, rollers

· Cosmetic scratches, fading, discoloration

Unauthorized Service

· Third-party repairs or modifications

· Use of non-WYBOT parts or accessories

Environmental Factors

· Chemical imbalance in pool water

· Corrosion due to improper cleaning or maintenance

· Impact damage, crushing, lightning, or electrical surges

Other Exclusions

· Serial number removed or altered

· Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

· Loss or theft

5. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, WYBOT will, at its discretion:

1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent

3. Refund the purchase price (if repair/replacement is not feasible as determined by WYBOT repair center or authorized provider)

Replaced units or parts become the property of WYBOT.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

· Provide valid proof of purchase

· Provide the serial number (if applicable)

· Follow troubleshooting steps requested by WYBOT support

· Return the product to WYBOT’s service center when instructed

· Package the product safely (preferably in original packaging)

Shipping for Warranty Claims

· Customer pays inbound shipping for evaluation

· WYBOT covers outbound shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements

7. Non-Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, unless required by local law.

8. Geographic Scope

This warranty applies to WYBOT products sold and used within the United States.

If you purchased your product outside the U.S., please contact your local WYBOT distributor for regional coverage.

· WYBOT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of water, labor costs, or pool downtime.

· WYBOT’s maximum liability is limited to the price of the product.

· This warranty provides specific legal rights; additional rights may vary by state.

11. Changes to This Policy

WYBOT may update or modify this warranty and refund policy at any time. Customers are covered under the policy in place at the time of purchase.
