At first we didn’t see a difference but since we have been using it daily, it’s been great. I’m so happy it’s cleared our pool and our jacuzzi. It’s also been climbing the walls without a problem, especially because our surface is Pebbletec.. Also climbing our steps and our Baja shelf, The only thing it doesn’t do, is come to the surface at the edge as advertised and it needs some extra fine filter to help with dead algae. Is there something compatible to the unit like “a magic eraser” of sort to get that? Obviously something that doesn’t denigrate? Overall we are very happy with its performance.

I bought my wybot and it initially worked great. It was easy to use and worked great. I live in the Northeast so this past May I took it out after opening the pool and charged it. To my surprise the cleaner would not hold any charge and did not turn on at all. After trying several different tactics to fix it, it still would not turn on. I went on line and sent an email message to the wybot support team. At first, I was a little frustrated because their responses were to tell me to repeat the things I had already tried. Also, I had just retired from a company I worked 40 years for and I knew what companies can do to frustrate customers. To my surprise someone from the company emailed me and said they were sorry about my experience with their product and they would be replacing my wybot with a new one. I am so grateful to them for standing behind their product. I would highly recommend this company, both for the quality of the product and for giving me a great after purchase experience

Good product works well

I should of bought the bundle but I did not have enough for the F1 skimmer. C2 did both hot tub and pool just set up 2 pools. They have never been so clean.

Works great! Keeps our pool clean and ready for fun.

Great pool cleaner

My wife and I, so far, are very happy with our purchase ot the WYBOT C1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner. I'm willing to tinker around with technology and get things "dialed in" to work best for our pool. My wife on the other hand...well...let's just say she's a hit-the-button-and-walk-away kinda person. Luckily, this cleaning robot has both options. You can download the app on your phone and select different cleaning patterns, etc. or just charge it, hit the button, and it will perform a standard pool pattern that works well.

We've had corded robots before and this was our first try at a cordless one. The charge time seems to be reasonable and it's certainly easy to through in the pool. Granted the corded robots are easier to retrieve from the bottom of the pool because you can simply grab the cord and pull it up. This does require a little bit of effort to put the included hook on your pool pole, hook it around the handle, and haul it up. However, this robot has a much smaller overall footprint and is maybe 40% lighter than my last corded robot. So, pulling it out of the pool is a lot easier.

The larger, single filter basket is easy to empty although for me, I think it's a little harder to tell whether it is properly seated when putting it back in the robot. In my other models, there was a definite "click" when I put it squarely on the intake slot, With the C1, it's a bit more subtle and took a little getting used to for me.

For a robot that's 1/3 to 1/4 the price of the name brands you get at the pool store, I am very happy!

We have a vacuum robot to do the floor of our pool. When we received the Wybot 1, I was surprised at how much little pebbles and sand it picked up right afterwards. Great Job!
