Amazing customer service
I had an unusual problem, which I won't go into here. But the service rep, identified as Cindy in her emails, was incredible. She understood my problem and worked tirelessly over a few week period to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I got a working robot, and my pool is now clean. Excellent product
We purchased the WYBOT for our above ground Intex rectangular pool and it has been a complete game changer for our pool maitenance. It removes the daunting and time consuming labor of scrubbing walls and floors for hours. We are very pleased with our purchase. It has made owning a pool enjoyable again.

WYBOT C1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner
Skeptical but satisfied
I spent two years researching multiple cordless robotic pool cleaners. From quality to ability to price. Prices ranged from $150 to several thousand dollars. I figured out my price range I could afford and focused on cleaners within that price range. I settled on the WYBOT C2.
I purchased it and when it arrived I charged it up. At first I was disappointed. But I gave it a couple more chances. Once I figured out the best pattern for my round above ground pool (for me it is the S pattern for the floor) and the robot learned my pool and the stairs etc I have been nothing but satisfied. It does what it says will do. Does it get everything? Nope. But it picks up 99.9999% of the debris. I can’t ask for more than that. What used to take me hours vacuuming by hand with a hose vacuum now takes me 1 minute. Turn it on and put it the pool and forget about it. I actually enjoy my pool again.

We still are amazed at how clean our pool is! It's Sept 4th and we still don't have it closed for the season, because the Wybot C1 is doing what you advertised it to do.....keep the pool clean!!
