We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all undamaged products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must include all accessories and original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that for non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We will only refund the cost of the product itself. Returns may be rejected if items do not include all accessories or the original package.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our payment and refund policy, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Notes:

  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing the order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. WYBOT will not replace the order or issue a refund.

 

How do I return an item?

 

  • Please reach out to WYBOT customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  • WYBOT support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
  • For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to WYBOT with the following information:

Name of the courier & Tracking number

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

 

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

 

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items, Returning items claimed to have defects but found by WYBOT quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
  • For products still under warranty but beyond the 30-day free return and exchange period, we offer free repair services and free return shipping. However, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to WYBOT.
